Workout Programs
For those a bit more experienced in fitness, but still need a plan, I can customize your personal training by sending you written workouts and tracking forms. We talk at the beginning and end of the program to discuss progress and adjustments.
Nutrition Coaching
Good nutrition is the heart of any wellness journey. It doesn't have to be scary, I won't raid your pantry. I customize nutrition programs focused on habits, portions, and mindfulness to guide you toward healthier eating.
You receive a starting consultation, along with weekly check-ins, to keep you on track for maximum results.
Online Group Coaching
I can provide you coaching and nutrition guidance in a group setting.
You will have a one-year membership to access a variety of fitness programs, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and a virtual community through an app. You will receive weekly email check-ins from me for accountability and updates. You will also have one month supply of supplements (customized for your goals) and a free month of LIVE virtual workout access.
