Small Group Fitness
Small Group Fitness Sessions offer the perfect balance of motivation, community, and individualized attention. With a maximum of four (4) participants per class, you’ll receive the benefits of expert guidance and personalized coaching in a dynamic and supportive group setting.
These 45-minute classes are designed to challenge you, keep you engaged, and help you reach your fitness goals – all while fitting into your busy schedule.
